2. Architectural Drawing:- Completed 2D Architectural drawings with site visit & site measurement support by DKW professional Architect’s
3. Excavation:- Up to 5 feet for foundation & Footing
4. Footing & Foundation:- i) Up to 5 feet below ground level, ii) Up to 2 feet above ground level with steel binding & concrete work
5. Earth filling:- Up to 2 feet above ground level
6. Steel:- Steel cutting, bending, binding for footing beam, Columns, slabs, stair case & roofing
7. Brick work:- 4 inches inside wall & 9 inches outside wall
8. Plastering:- Complete plastering work of inside & outside walls
9. Flooring:- Complete tile & marble flooring
10. Elevation:- Complete elevation
11. Door & Windows:- All doors & windows
12. Electricity :- All Electric work with material
13. Plumbing :- Complete plumbing with material
14. Railing:- Complete railings with material
15. Paint Work:- Complete putty, pop and paint work
16. Kitchen:- Complete modular kitchen work with granite slab and partitions
