3. Excavation:- Upto 4 feet for foundation
4. Foundation & Footing:- i) Upto 4 feet below ground level
ii) Upto 3 feet above ground level without steel binding works
5. Steel:- Steel cutting, bending, staircase & roof
6. Flooring:- Raw flooring
7. Brickwork:- Brick wall of 4 inch & 9 inch
8. Plastering:- Plastering work of inside & outside walls
9. Scaffolding:- Scaffolding/Shuttering work for wall & roof construction
10. Elevation:- Simple plaster elevation
11. Door & Window:- Frame fixing

Service Excluded:- (Below Services are not included & extra chargeable)

1. Kitchen slab & any/Stone Partition
2. Any Floor tiles, wall ties, granite, or marble work.
3. Septic tank
4. Overhead Water tank
5. Any type of street plumbing connection and severage Connection. Exception:- Only Concealed water pipe          fitting in wall & ground
6. Any type of electric work. Exception:- Only Concealed Conduit Electrical pipe Fittings in wall and ground
7. Railing on staircase, balcony, gates, rolling shutter
8. Main gate ramps, main gate fixing
9. Any type of putty, P.O.P & Paintwork
10. Earth fill, Electricity & water arrangements
